UPSSO application provides reports to analyze and monitor the MFA activities of users.

APPLICATION ACTIVITY REPORT

The application activity report will provide the details of the application(using SAML protocol) by the specific user at the specific time duration. It will also indicate whether the OTP verification is successful.

  1. Login into the UPSSO application as an administrator

  2. Click on the “Report” > “Application Activity Report” link from the left side navigation menu.

  3. Specify the username in the search bar to filter the activities of a specific user.

  4. Enter start and end dates to filter a specific period.

  5. Click on the “SEARCH” button.

DEVICE ACTIVITY REPORT

The device activity report will provide details of which user accessed which device/VPN(using RADIUS protocol) at what time. It will also indicate whether the OTP verification is successful

Also, the device activity report will provide the following 2 information,

  • IP Address = IP address of the RADIUS client

  • Calling Station = The IP address from where the RADIUS client is accessed.

  1. Login into the UPSSO application as an administrator

  2. Click on the “Report” > “Device Activity Report” from the left side navigation menu.

  3. Specify the username in the search bar to filter the activities of a specific user.

  4. Enter start and end dates to filter a specific period.

  5. Click on the “Filter” button.

API TRANSACTIONS REPORT

The Api Transactions report will provide details of different API’s been called by Client ID.

  1. Login into the UPSSO application as an administrator

  2. Click on the “Report” > “API Transactions Report” from the left side navigation menu.

  3. Specify the username in the search bar to filter the activities of a specific user.

  4. Enter start and end dates to filter a specific period.

  5. Click on the “Filter” button.

IDP PORTAL ACCESS REPORT

The IDP Portal provides the details of login/logout reports of the users. It will also indicate the password expiry and user Locked Due to Invalid Login Attempts.

  1. Login into the UPSSO application as an administrator

  2. Click on the “Report” > “IDP Portal Access Report” from the left side navigation menu.

  3. Specify the username in the search bar to filter the activities of a specific user.

  4. Enter start and end dates to filter a specific period.

  5. Click on the “Filter” button.
