This document provides instructions to integrate Coralogix with UPSSO based on the SAML protocol

PREREQUISITES

  1. Administrator access to the Coralogix portal.

  2. Administrator access to UPSSO portal.

DOWNLOADING THE IDP METADATA XML

1.Login to UPSSO portal as administrator.

2.Click on the “IDP Resources” link and then “DOWNLOAD IDP Metadata XML” button.


2.A file named “xml ” file will be downloaded. save it for future use.

CONFIGURING UPSSO SAML IN CORALOGIX

  1. Sign in to Coralogix Site Administration and go to Settings.

  2. Click on Configure SAML option

  3. Upload IDP metadata file which downloaded from above step.

4.Coralogix will provide Service provider details. keep this details for UPSSO configuration.

CONFIGURING CORALOGIX APPLICATION IN UPSSO

  1. Login into the UPSSO portal as an administrator.

  2. Click on the “Application Management” menu and then click new record button and select SAML application as highlighted below.


3.Click on add this application to Coralogix application icon.

4.Enter the Coralogix Domain name of your company .Click on the Save button.

TESTING THE INTEGRATION

  1. Make sure to logout from Coralogix.

  2. Login into the UPSSO portal as a user having the same email address as a Coralogix user.

  3. Click on the Coralogix Application.

  4. Select the OTP method and enter the OTP and click on the Verify button.

5.Users will be able to access the Coralogix application .

6.Click on ‘SIGN IN TO THE IDENTITY PROVIDER’

How to ByPass SSO

  1. The administrator can bypass the SSO by accessing the Coralogix URL https://dashboard.coralogix.com/#/login/user

  2. Only the administrator can access the above URL.

  3. The Non-Admin users can only login through SSO.
